Onshore swell hitting xshore driven swells = chop which was turbulent too over sand banks making for tricky conditions so pleased to get quite a few gybes in. Found along cob was best part of sea, windiest too. Got a bit quicker through chop than I usually do which helped with stability and gybes. Didn't try switching feet as sore back. Gusty and 4m would have been ok but 5m was best for a whole session. Felt cold so boots next time.
